1. Fraud against the victim B;
A. A. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant stated that “Around the same day, the Defendant would have repaid the Plaintiff money to the victim B, who borrowed money from the Plaintiff’s University registration fees.”
However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any revenue or property in addition to receiving KRW 60,000 per day at a restaurant, and did not have any intention or ability to complete payment even if he/she borrowed money from another person.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, and received 2910,000 won from the victim as the borrowed money on the same day.
B. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim B in the same manner as that provided in the preceding paragraph from the Dobong-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) received KRW 1 million from the victim as the borrowed money.
C. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim B in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph from the Dobong-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) received from the victim KRW 970,000 as the borrowed money.
Even if the Defendant borrowed money from another person as above, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the money, but, around May 19, 2014, the Defendant provided the victim B with “I would have to repay the money necessary for the agreement by making a sexual harassment accident.” The Defendant received KRW 2 million from the victim as the borrowed money.”
2. On October 31, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim C told the victim C to “A shall receive interest from the victim if he/she lends money in need of bond play,” at any place in the Dobong-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, to pay the borrowed money.”
However, the defendant was thought to use the money borrowed from the victim for the repayment of existing debts or living expenses, and the restaurant work at the restaurant and there is no particular income or property in addition to receiving 60,000 won per day.
