Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a police officer working in Si-Sung Police Station from March 2012 to February 2, 2017, who maintained an internal relationship with the victim B (V, 46 years of age).

1. Violence;

A. On September 1 through October 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head at the Defendant’s head, 3 to 4 times, and the victim’s head at the Defendant’s head at the Defendant’s hand at one time on September 2015, on the ground that the Defendant was parked in D located in Gunposi C around 19:00, the date from September 2015 to October 2015, on the ground that the victim’s head was unable to hold a screen golf meeting.

In the case of a damaged person, the victim shall be disadvantaged in the workplace.
