A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
2,075,900 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meart clocks (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine as follows:
1. Points of selling philophones;
A. On December 13, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from D’s bank account (E) from C on December 13, 2015, and sold KRW 15:00,000,000, on the last day of the same month, from G convenience store located in the Cheongju-si, the G convenience store located in the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, one of which contains approximately 0.5 g of philophones, to the employees of the place. On December 12, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from H using the said bank account in the name of 19:33 on December 12, 2015, and sold 4 disposable injection equipment in the front of the I restaurant located in Cheongju-si, a considerable amount of 03:00 on the 27th day of the same month, in the front of the I restaurant located in Cheongju-si, a total of approximately 0.35g of philopon to the above H.
2. Points of purchasing phiphones;
A. On October 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:40 on October 14, 2015, at the influenite room located in Seomun-dong, Seomun-gu, Seomun-si, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
B. On December 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:06, remitted KRW 300,000 to J from the date of cash withdrawal prior to the point of mutual convenience located in enclosed-dong at the time of Chungcheong-si to the cost of penphones, and the same month.
9. Around 01:00, J's franchise parked on the street in the front of K located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and sold a white paper made up of approximately 0.7 g of plasticphones from the said J in the car.

At around 00:28 December 14, 2015, the Defendant paid 50,000 won for opon to O within the O’s O’s O’s off-line car parked on the N Park located near the N Park located in Cheongju-si, and at the office of the Defendant’s house located in P 303:00 on the first day of the same month at around 03:0 on the first day of the same month.
