Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court on one year and six months on January 19, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison on January 19, 2013.

The Defendant committed the following crimes even though he/she is not a handler of narcotics: 2016, the Defendant committed the following crimes:

1. Possession of a Mesphere;

A. On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) at his own house located in Sacheon-si, Gacheon-si; (b) at his house located in Sacheon-si; (c) at his Mea-si, 0.15g g, received from the needy; and (d) carried them in a way that they are kept in the clothes of both clothes by putting them in the inner part of the clothes.

B. On August 9, 2016, at around 14:10, the Defendant: (a) moved in a G car owned by him, which is parked in the FM parking lot of Seoul-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) stored 0.70g and 0.12g, respectively, in a plastic package, received from a non-fluor; and (c) kept it in a large line of the said car, by inserting 0.10g of mers Pa Pacs in a one-time injection machine; and (d) keeping it in a container box of the said car.

2. Provision of Mespheroids;

A. On September 7, 2013, the Defendant offered Mesamins to H: (a) around 01:15 on September 7, 2013, the Defendant: (b) divided Mesamins into 0.06gs and provided Mesamins 0.03gs and free of charge to H in two for a single-use type of Mesamins 0.06gs, which were in possession of as referred to in paragraph (a) of the above paragraph.

B. On September 12, 2013, the Defendant offered K with a Mestopian 03:00 on a private distance, which is located in the top-face of the high-nam High-gun of Gyeongsung, G, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a), provided K with a Mestopian 0.03g of Mestopian 0.03g, which he had, as described in the above paragraph 1(a), for a white paper.

On July 4, 2016, the Defendant to be provided to L, who was parked in the Nuri-gu Highway located in M in the Nung-si Kim Jong-si on July 4, 2016, sold and purchased in cash 200,000 won to L, who was parked in the Nuri-gu Highway located in M, Kim Jong-si, and received 0.1g from the injured.
