Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a marina business called "B of the Internet advertising name".

(a) No one shall advertise any business establishment that engages in sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, from December 20, 2015 to January 19, 2016, the Defendant advertised a sexual traffic business place operated by himself with the trade name "B", which is an advertising site of the Internet prostitution business place, from around December 20, 2015 to around January 19, 2016.

(b) No person shall arrange sexual traffic for business purposes;

Nevertheless, from December 20, 2015 to January 19, 2016, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having an unspecified number of customers, who visited the business site by reporting the advertisements posted on the advertisement site of the 'C', the 'C', i.e., the 90,000,000 won, 120,0000 won, and 170,000 won and 170,000 won and 200,000 won, and 30,000 won and 30,000 won, and 200,000 won, and 30,000 won.
