A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Of November 2016 to December 19 and 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated the business of arranging sexual traffic with C in the Gansi-si-si Suwon-si-si-si-Yan-si-2, 306, 412, 509, 510, 527, 610, and 611; (b) the Defendant provided support to C with KRW 10 million operating funds; and (c) by sharing the role of operating and managing the said officetels, the Defendant conspiredd with C to arrange female workers and sexual intercourses in return for payment to many unspecified male customers, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
