Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2015, around 02:20 on July 11, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) tried to take it out of the emergency room, which is located in the emergency room of the D Emergency Hospital located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu; (b) however, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, assaulted the said victim by means of balconcing the victim B (the age of 32), who is a security personnel, with the entrance door cover not being opened.

2. On July 11, 2015, from around 02:20 to around 02:50 on the same day, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E, the victim F, and the victim G, the Defendant interfered with the diagnosis and treatment duties of the victim E and the victim F, respectively, by force, by taking advantage of the aforementioned methods, such as putting the victim into mind that “hetors, singing, and singinging the patient,” and taking a bath at the same place as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the said Article, for the said reason.
