Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2018, around 15:23, the Defendant used the victim's face by hand on the ground that the victim C (the age of 36) was prevented from smoking tobacco from working as security personnel of the above hospital in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, the Defendant used the victim's chest at the entrance of the emergency room. The victim reported 112 to the office, and used the victim's chest at the entrance of the emergency room.
