B On November 12, 2014, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced one year of suspension of execution to four months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a crime of false entry in the license, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 1, 2015.
Defendant
B, while serving as C at the Daejeon Branch of the Korean Racing Association, the Defendant A and the Defendant A, who was studying in the United States, agreed to apply for the examination on behalf of 5 million won on the condition that he will pay 5 million won if he obtains more than 800 points.
1. On August 2014, in order for the Defendants to create an identification card to be present in the application for the examination by proxy, Defendant B received from Defendant A a certification photograph from his cell phone and sent it to his identification card broman, which became known through the Internet along with his driver’s license, and requested Defendant B to forge A’s driver’s license with a photograph attached thereto, and received the forged driver’s license from the said Brazil around that time.
As a result, the Defendants conspired and forged a driver's license for Defendant B under the name of the Commissioner of the Daejeon Police Agency, a public document, for the purpose of uttering.
2. On August 9, 2014, at around 10:00, Defendant A entered the 139 examination site for the soil-interest test applied by Defendant B, at the examination site for the construction of the building, counterfeited public document events, and obstruction of business, Defendant A presented a forged driver’s license as if Defendant B was Defendant B, and applied for the next Defendant B instead of Defendant B, who presented the forged driver’s license as if Defendant B was the applicant.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to intrude into the French middle school which is a structure, and display the forged Defendant B’s driver’s license as if they were duly formed, and exercise it, and perform the work of test management and supervision of the Korea Land-to-Land Committee by deceptive means.
