1. Defendant A shall deliver to Defendant B the buildings listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person established for the purpose of the construction, improvement, supply, lease, management, etc. of housing, and carries out a lease-lease housing support project (existing house) which provides residents with housing leased by the Government as the National Housing Fund supported by the housing in order to stabilize the housing of vulnerable residential groups, such as basic living recipients, low-income bracket, and university students.

Defendant A is an occupant selected according to the implementation of the project.

B. On May 12, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with Defendant B, the owner of the instant building, regarding the lease deposit of KRW 90,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 100,000, and the contract period from May 30, 2018 to May 29, 2020.

Article 1 (Deposit and Payment Method for Lease) (2) Of the deposit for lease on a deposit basis under paragraph (1), KRW 4,800,000 shall be paid by the tenant who is a person eligible for support for lease on a deposit basis, and where the contract is terminated due to the failure to pay the lessor within the payment deadline, the tenant shall bear
