A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 30) were the relationship between the defendant and the victim for about three months from the summer of 2019.

1. A special injury: (a) on November 30, 2019, the Defendant listened to the horses of the victim and took the victim’s cell phone in order to hear the horses from the victim’s home in order to confirm whether the victim meets another male; (b) when the victim returns them and takes mobile phone in order to bring about the victim’s face; (c) when the victim’s face is taken in drinking, the victim’s face and body can be taken off from the victim’s body; (d) when the victim’s face is taken back to the victim’s body, and the victim’s face and body can be taken off from the victim’s body; (e) the victim’s head knife; (e) the victim’s head knife; and (e) the victim’s face knife; and (e) when the victim’s face knife was damaged by the victim’s face knife; and (e) when the victim’s face knife was able to take off the victim’s face.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On November 30, 2019, at around 14:28, the Defendant took a photograph of the victim’s clothes, i.e., the victim’s cell phone, as described in paragraph (1), and forced the victim’s clothes, and the chest and the sound part of the victim’s clothes used in the body were taken using the cell phone camera function of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation against his will.

B. On November 30, 2019, around 14:30, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of the victim at the above Defendant’s house using the cell phone camera function of the Defendant.
