A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the execution of imprisonment for the accused.

Criminal facts

The defendant is the victim C(n, 39 years of age) and the annual death.

1. In July 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Amera, etc. of Sexual Crimes) reported that the victim was under influence of alcohol in the residence of the victim in Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, 2014, she exceeded the clothes in which the victim was under influence of alcohol, inserted the clothes in the victim’s sexual organ with his/her root, inserted them into the sexual organ with his/her root, and taken photographs of the victim’s image by using the Defendant’s mobile camera function.

As a result, the defendant was placed in the victim's sexual intercourse by taking advantage of the victim's state of difficulty to resist in alcohol, and taken the victim's body by using a cell phone with a camera function to induce sexual humiliation.

2.
