1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) was transferred to C each of the instant real estate in payment in kind of KRW 1,500,000,000,000, in lieu of the payment in the amount of KRW 1,500,000,000, which was to be paid to the F Association by D, which was operated by D, the former husband of C, but was to be paid to F Association. However, D, while divorced with C, transferred each of the instant real estate to C on May 14, 1996, with the payment in lieu of the amount of KRW 1,50,00,000,000, excluding the amount of KRW 500,000,000 in cash, which was to be paid as the fuel complex creation fund.

(However, C completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the instant real estates on May 24, 200 through litigation procedures.

The Plaintiff asserted that C agreed to purchase each of the instant real estate from C as of October 26, 1999 (hereinafter “instant transfer agreement”), and filed a lawsuit against C on May 31, 200 to seek implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration of each of the instant real estate with the Seoul District Court.

On September 27, 2000, the above court rendered a judgment of constructive confession pursuant to Article 139 of the former Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 6626 of Jan. 26, 2002) (No. 2000 Gohap38515), and the original of the judgment was served by public notice against C on October 4, 200.

Based on the judgment stated in Paragraph (1), the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 21, 2001 with respect to each real estate of this case on October 26, 199, and thereafter on October 2, 2002 thereafter, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the G on October 2, 2002, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the future on October 19, 207 with respect to each real estate listed in Schedule 1, 9, and 11 through 14 in the Busan Metropolitan City on October 21, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the future of Busan Metropolitan City on October 21, 2008, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the future of Busan Metropolitan City on January 22, 2016.

On the other hand, C is above B.

On September 15, 2000, prior to the pronouncement of the judgment in paragraph (1).
