A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On March 2016, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Victim B, who requested the Plaintiff to leave the room without having been out of the singing room operated by the Victim B located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around March 2016.

“Along with the fact that the victim was sexually deaf, and continued to create a disturbing atmosphere in the singing room, the victim obstructed the victim’s operation of the singing room for about two hours by force, such as preventing the victim from responding to other singing customers.

B. Around November 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim E’s business by force, such as: (a) the victim E, who was in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, would not pay KRW 170,000 for the singing room; and (b) threatening the victim E to report the singing room continuously in 112 to prevent business operations; and (c) the Defendant interfered with the victim’s singing room operation for about 30 minutes by force.

On March 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim H with his/her duties by continuing to report his/her singing in 112 to prevent him/her from running his/her business in order to provide the victim with singing in his/her singing room operated by the victim H in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 24, 2017; and (b) threaten the victim’s singing room that he/she would not run his/her business by continuing to report his/her singing room in 112 in order to pay the amount of KRW 200,000 for singing; and (c) in fact, the Defendant is threatened with the president of the

The police officers reported the 112 report and dispatched the report, thereby obstructing the operation of the singing room for about one hour by force, such as disturbing the disturbance before the police officers.

2. Suppression;

A. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the above paragraph 1-B, threatened the victim at the same time and place, and prevented the victim from claiming KRW 170,00,00 from claiming the singinging charges, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
