A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in charge of the "C Taekwondo" painting in Kimhae-si, and the victim D (the name, the age of 14) was an official of the above Taekwondo painting.

1. At around 11:00 on April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim entered the front room of the above Taekwondo painting; and (b) reported that the victim was “frighting down to the front room”; and (c) placed the victim on the front side of the Defendant, the victim “frighting to the front,” and “fright to the heart..................................., the victim’s right chest, who was taken by the victim’s own hand, was rheeped into the front door, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s chest into the front door only once.

2. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on April 21, 2016, operated from the above Taekwondo painting to the Fump in Kimhae-si; (b) on the Defendant’s string on board the head of the above car operation on board and used the victim’s left side bucks in hand for hand; and (c) on the part of the victim, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by dividing the victim’s hand hand into the victim’s bucks.

3. At around 21:00 on June 6, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by means of writing and rhyming the parts of the victim, etc., who was laid down and tightly left by the victim, with his/her own hand, at the above Taekwondo painting training site.

4. The Defendant, at around 21:40 of the same day as indicated in paragraph 3, was forced to commit an indecent act by force against the victim, by stopping the victim in front of the G apartment in Kimhae-si, while driving the victim on the back of the front stud of the instant Taekwondo painting, on the pretext that the Defendant would take the victim in front of the said Taekwondo painting.

5. On July 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on July 19, 2016, when engaged in lessons on the above Taekwondo painting, the time is for the life of the Defendant; and (b) he/she was seated next to the Defendant after detecting all of the official figures.
