A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a criminal of F in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sent Taekwondo to the victims who are the students of the above Taekwondo Chapter, and served as a so-called “claim” to manage other students of the Taekwondo Chapter G and the same H, and followed the Defendant’s instructions.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against a minor under the age of 13) committed an indecent act by force against the victims on or around May 18:30, 2014, following the victim I (the age of 9) in the Taekwondo Chapter, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victims over 30 times during the period of mid-8, 2015 during which the victim was suffering.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who is under 13 years of age, committed each indecent act on the victim I(9) and J(10), the same K(12 ), the same L(12 ), the same M(12 ), the same M(12 ), and the same N(11 ).

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On March 19:30, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victims on four occasions, such as the victim’sO (13 years) who was making a campaign in the above Taekwondo Chapter, during the first 19:30 on March 2015, by forcing the victims to get out of their clothes in which the victims suffered. From that time, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victims on four occasions as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (2) during the period from August 2015.

As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim O(13) and the same L(13).

B. On June 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim to surrender his/her clothes that he/she was suffering from, but did not get off because the thring of the 18:00 on the ground that the 13th anniversary of the 13th anniversary of the 196th anniversary of the date was 18:00.

As a result, the defendant tried to forcibly commit an indecent act against a child or juvenile victim, but did not commit such an act but did not commit an attempted act.

3. Violation of the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse);
