Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and by a fine of 1,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a non-licensed medical practitioner who has registered his/her business in the name of “D” in the first floor located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City with three massage places and one massage place, and opened his/her business on August 10, 2008 and opened his/her business on August 10, 2008, and has been providing medical services so far as he/she is called “abscence place.”

1. Violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (Unlawful Medical Service Providers) (the Defendant), on April 27, 2012, without a medical license, allowed 30,000 won from the 30th female customers in his/her name in his/her place of business to enter the said place of business, and was placed on the bend, and was placed on the bend, in the name of the Defendant’s hand, “bat,” the Defendant’s fating or taking charge of the transfer of customers over about 40 minutes by using his/her hand; the Defendant, in his/her hand, engaged in an oriental medical act belonging to the business territory of an oriental medical doctor in a manner that releases the return of his/her customers by a method; and from around April 27, 2010 to April 27, 2012, he/she received 623 out of the total number of customers as stated in the annexed list of crimes, and received 410,530 won in return for such medical act.

2. A person violating the Medical Service Act may not advertise medical corporations, medical institutions, or persons other than medical persons.
