The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (based on factual errors or misapprehension of legal principles) F did not engage in any similar sexual intercourse to E.

2. Facts charged;

A. Nevertheless, the Defendant had F, an employee of the above user facility, do an act of arranging sexual intercourse at the place of the amusement business affecting the public morals by getting F, who is an employee of the above user facility, to catch and scam the sexual organ of the above customer, etc.

3. Determination

A. First, we examine whether the F has committed a similar sexual intercourse to E.
