A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 1, 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (indecent act by force in relation to relatives), committed indecent act by force against the victim’s blood relative by taking a room of the victim D (Influence, 15 years old), who is his/her dependent, (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”), by entering the room of the victim D (influence, the victim’s 15 years old), who was up to the bend to the bend to the bend to the bend to the bend to the bend to the bend.

On March 31, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act and the Child Welfare Act, by carrying a dangerous object with the victim, leading the victim E (the 15-year old age) outside of the apartment entrance of this case to the house, leading the victim's body into the house, leading the victim's head to the victim's body, gathering the victim's head by hand, and gathering the victim's head and electronic stamps several times with the victim's head, and gathering the victim's crub, brub, dispute, fpanty, etc., and taking the victim's cooking organization into the victim's body at the same time, and taking the victim's body at the same time as the crush, as the cruptor was pushed.
