A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the child abuse treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C (D birth).

1. Injury and violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse);

A. On September 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00, at the Defendant’s house located in Gwangjunam-gu E and 101, and (b) at the Defendant’s house, in order to make the victim string out with a large amount of strings, caused the victim to enter the victim’s chest and boat into a hole where the number of treatment days cannot be known; and (c) committed physical abuse that harms the child’s body at the same time.

B. At around 06:00 on September 3, 2016, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, brought an injury on the part of the victim, such as making the victim’s son and son and son’s son’s son and son’s son’s son and son’s son’s son and son’s son’s son and son’s son’s son and son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

C. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed physical abuse that may inflict physical harm on a child’s body, at the same time, on the victim’s house, by taking the victim’s scam with his/her hand floor for the same reasons as the above paragraph (a); (b) upon the victim’s two scamblings, by causing the victim’s scams from which the number of days of treatment cannot be known; and (c)

From August 29, 2016 to September 7, 2016 (before the commission of the crime of Paragraph (2) at the market), the Defendant: (a) sealed the victim’s face at the home of the above Defendant for the same reason as the above Paragraph (a) at the center of the Defendant’s chest; (b) cut off the victim into both arms so as to make the victim unsatch unsatisfy; and (c) took four times in the same manner, the Defendant inflicted bodily harm on the victim, such as a difficulty in respiratory due to oxygen symptoms; and (d) engaged in physical abuse that inflicts bodily harm on the child.
