Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on February 12, 2015, around 12, 2015, received a vinyl package containing approximately KRW 2,00,000 to C in the mutual influorial telephone near Incheon Gyeyang-gu; and (b) approximately 5 g of psychotropic drugs from Dongin, a psychotropic drug.

Accordingly, although the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he traded psychotropic drugs.

B. Around February 16, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime (1) around February 16, 2015: (a) around February 16, 2015, issued to C a single-use guard who stopped on the street near the Cheongcheon-dong Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and issued C a one philopon 0.1g to C.

Accordingly, although the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he provided psychotropic drugs with psychotropic drugs.

(2) At around 22:00 on February 16, 2015, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased from C in a single-use injection machine, dilution them into the Defendant’s right arms.

Accordingly, although the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

C. Around February 25, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime (1) around 08:00 on February 25, 2015, at the Defendant’s residence toilet located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, 9 Dong 403, a approximately 0.1g of the penphones purchased from C as above, put about 0.1g into a single-use injection machine, dilution into the Defendant’s right arms.

Accordingly, although the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

(2) On February 25, 2015, the Defendant kept approximately 0.87g of philophonephones purchased from C in vinyl packaging around 11:30, in the dwelling space of the above Defendant.

Therefore, even though the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the defendant is a psychotropic drug.
