A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence of seizure Nos. 3, 7, 9, and 10 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court and two years of suspended execution on February 14, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

(a) No person other than a person handling narcotics shall trade psychotropic drugs;

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on January 8, 2015, the Defendant issued 201 DNA telephone 300,000 won in cash to E, and received approximately 2.8g g of Mesopha (one philop) from E in return for the delivery of KRW 1.3 million in cash to E.

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased psychotropic drugs from E.

(2) On January 26, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.7 ghon-phones, which are 0.7g from E, in return for delivering KRW 506,000 in cash to E, and KRW 400,000,000 in cash to E.

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased psychotropic drugs from E.

(b) No person other than a person handling narcotics shall administer psychotropic drugs.

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on January 8, 2015, the Defendant added approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased from E, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), into a single-use divers, and injected them into their arms divers.

Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs-related philophones.

(2) On January 24, 2015, the Defendant added approximately 0.1gg of philophonephones purchased from E, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the flaps of their arms.

The Defendant is identical to this.
