A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle B, while under the influence of alcohol, with approximately 0.231% alcohol level, at the king reservoir located adjacent to the Cangdo-dong, Yangdo-si, Yangdo-si on June 16, 2018.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven a motor vehicle with B low alcohol level at around 16:00 on June 30, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.231% in blood, while driving a motor vehicle at the king-si reservoir located adjacent to the king-si, king-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, and driven the motor vehicle at a sking-do level from the opening of the exit of 1st century to the sking-water level.

Since the place is a road on which automobiles pass, there was a duty of care to operate the brakes by properly manipulating the brakes while living well in the driver of the vehicle.
