1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B, C, D, and E are indicated in the separate sheet No. 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, among the lands listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”).

나. 피고 A은 이 사건 토지 중 별지 도면 표시 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 56의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈃ 부분 토지 505㎡ 지상에 별지 도면 표시 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 97의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ⑶ 부분 토지 지상 건물 172㎡ 및 별지 도면 표시 93, 94, 95, 96, 93의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ⑵ 부분 토지 지상 건물 4㎡를 축조하여 위 토지와 별지 도면 표시 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 68의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈂ 부분 토지 55㎡를 각 점유하고 있다.

C. Defendant B, C, D, and E are leased and possessed from the Defendant 172 square meters of building 172 square meters of building 172 square meters of building 172 square meters of building 177 in sequence of each of the facts indicated in the annexed drawings among the land in this case.

피고 F은 이 사건 토지 중 별지 도면 표시 125, 126, 127, 128, 125의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ⑼ 부분 토지 지상 건물 13㎡를 축조하여 위 토지를 점유하고 있고, 피고 G는 위 건물을 피고 F으로부터 임차하여 점유하고 있다.

According to the above facts finding as to the plaintiff's claim, unless there are special circumstances, the defendant B, C, D, E, and G shall leave the building possessed by each owner of the land of this case, and the defendant A, and F shall remove each building constructed on the land of this case and deliver each of the land of this case.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
