Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2016, at around 06:30, the Defendant: (a) reported that he was not going to a restaurant, and the central police box, etc. called out after receiving a report that he was not going to a restaurant, sent to the Defendant, and (b) was sitting down on the road that passed by an unspecified majority of the public, and (c) was exposed to a 15-minute sexual flag.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
