1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are owners of D Apartment E (hereinafter “the instant apartment”).
The Plaintiffs requested a certified broker G (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff broker”) of the F Authorized Brokerage Office to sell the instant apartment.
B. On January 2020, the Defendant: (a) sought the introduction of the instant apartment from a certified broker I (hereinafter “Defendant broker”) of the H’s certified office of brokerage; and (b) obtained the introduction of the instant apartment from the Defendant.

1) The Plaintiffs, via the Plaintiff’s broker, expressed their intent to sell and purchase the instant apartment through the Defendant’s broker, and agreed on the terms of sale of the instant apartment.
2) In the process, around January 16, 2020, Plaintiff A received the following terms and conditions of trading from the Plaintiff’s broker (hereinafter “the instant terms and conditions”) as written messages, and did not raise any objection after confirming the contents of the terms and conditions. At the Plaintiff’s request, Plaintiff A sent the Plaintiff’s account number to the Plaintiff broker in the text message between 19:31 and 19:38 on the same day and around 19:38.
Since then, at around 19:47 of the same day, the Plaintiff’s broker sent the Plaintiff a text message stating “as soon as he/she arrives at the house while driving” and “as soon as he/she arrives at the house”.
The term of the apartment sales contract of this case
