1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 11, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

The principal and interest claim (i.e., September 5, 2007; (ii) the first loan amount of KRW 200,000,000; (iii) the repayment date of December 20, 2009; (iv) the delay compensation rate of KRW 19% per annum on August 19, 2008; (v) the first loan amount of KRW 260,000,000; and (v) the repayment date of August 16, 2013; and (v) the delay compensation rate of KRW 19% per annum on August 16, 2013; and (v) some of the remaining principal principal amount of KRW 449,911,227; and (v) the Plaintiff received damages for delay from the Plaintiff’s loan company.
