1. Facts of recognition;

A. The J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) concluded with Defendant B Co., Ltd. on November 1, 1993 on the date of loan, ① the loan amount of KRW 100,000,000 on November 1, 1993, interest rate of KRW 16.5% per annum on November 1, 1997, interest rate of KRW 16.5% per annum on delay, ② the loan date of November 10, 1993, ② the loan amount of KRW 100,000,000 on November 10, 1993, interest rate of KRW 16.5% per annum on November 10, 197, interest rate of KRW 20% per annum on delay, ③ the loan rate of KRW 100,000,000 on the loan date, and Defendant C Co., Ltd. with each of the above loans interest rate of KRW 100,000 per annum on October 10, 1997.

B. Since then, J was unable to receive KRW 92,638,156 for the above loans, KRW 92,640,045 for the above loans, KRW 92,640,045 for the above loans, KRW 92,640,045 for the above loans, and KRW 85,161,96 for the above loans, and was declared bankrupt on August 8, 2007.

C. Accordingly, on December 11, 2008 and December 11, 2009, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, the bankruptcy trustee of J, filed a payment order or lawsuit against the above Defendants and I, and on December 11, 2009, “Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, and I jointly and severally paid 363,08,080,212 won and double 92,638,156 won to the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, the bankruptcy trustee of J, who is jointly and severally, from November 1, 1993 to November 30, 1993; 185,280,090 won, and from December 10, 1993 to December 28, 1993, the Seoul District Court has received 20% annual payment from the day following each of the above Seoul District Court to 360% of the total annual payment from 190% to 20% of the total annual payment from 190% to 10.28.6% of each of each 19.
