All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. On July 21, 2018, the summary of the facts charged and the victim B (n, 59 years old), C (n, 63 years old) attended the special meeting of the clan in which approximately 60 members of the above clan office located in Kim Jong-si on July 21, 2018, as a member of the clan D.

On July 21, 2018, the Defendant expressed to the above F that “The Victim B, who was the president of the clan at the time, demanded the said clan to leave the said clan unilaterally,” and the Victim B expressed to the said F that “The Victim B, who was the president of the clan at the time, expressed to the victim B that “I would like to leave the clan unilaterally with the speech of the G, I would like to see why I would see that I would see that I would see that I would see that I would see, and the victim who was in this place, expressed to the Defendant that “I would see why I would see to a woman member who would be aged,” and that “I would like to see why I would see, I would like to see, I would like to see, I would like to see.”

2. Determination
