Punishment of the crime

around 21:00 on December 17, 2019, the Defendant, at the entrance of the Kimhae-si B, received a report of 112 to the effect that “one minute was dried,” and solicited the Defendant to return to the Republic of Korea from Do (26 years of age) affiliated with the police station located in the Kimhae-si Police Station for the Kimhae-si, who was called out after receiving a report of 112, the Defendant took a bath to “one year, weather,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the instant report by assaulting the 112 report.
