Criminal facts
[criminal power] On August 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Railroad Safety Act at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on December 7, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence. On March 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the crime of interference with business at the Seoul Eastern District Court (Seoul East District Court) on July 18, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence.
[2019 Highest 1702] On February 14, 2019, the Defendant assaulted on the street in front of the “C Hospital” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, by saving the title of the victim D (year 25, female) that passed by the Defendant’s side without any justifiable reason, in selling it.
[2019 Highest 1875] On April 7, 2019, the Defendant ordered “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F (26 years of age) F (hereinafter referred to as “F”) in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, to provide meals not sold in the above restaurant at around 20:00 on the same day among the day when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and drinking, and ordered the other customers to take a bath without any justifiable reason, and interfere with the victim’s restaurant business for about one hour by force, such as the fluoring of the fluoral disease.
[2019 Highest 3487] On July 31, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face with the driver’s hand hand, with the defect that the victim would have to go to the front-time vehicle, from subway 7 line platform of subway line 297, Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, without any reason, at around 19:35.

On August 14, 2019, the Defendant received a report at the entrance of the Seoul Jung-gu I market, Jung-gu, Seoul, on August 14, 2019, that “the Defendant had the face of the said K one time with his own head who was sent to the site by the Seoul Jung-gu Police Station J Gyeong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant called to the site at the entrance of the I market, and by the two customers.”
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
