A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year at the Busan District Court for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 27, 2016.

1. On July 14, 2016, around 02:30 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) did not intend or have the intent or ability to pay the price in the “Eoman bank” operated by the victim D in Busan East-gu; (b) requested entertainment receptionist service; and (c) did not pay the price equivalent to KRW 690,000,000, when the Defendant provided the said victim with the said victim’s 1 disease and the entertainment receptionist service; and (d) did not pay the said amount of monetary benefits.

2. On August 8, 2016, around 02:40, the Defendant: (a) did not intend or have an ability to pay the price at “H points” in the “H points” in the operation of the Victim G in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan; (b) demanded entertainment receptionist service; and (c) provided an entertainment receptionist service; and (d) the Defendant did not pay a sum of KRW 1,990,000,000, even if the said victim received an entertainment receptionist service from the said victim, and did not pay the said amount of monetary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

3. On August 8, 2016, around 18:50, the Defendant did not pay a total amount of KRW 230,000,00, when he/she received an entertainment entertainment service from the said victim, even though he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the price at the “Koman shop” in the operation of the victim JJ in Jung-gu I and III Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, and demanded entertainment reception service. The Defendant did not pay a total of KRW 230,00,00,000, when he/she received an entertainment entertainment service from the said victim.

around 00:05 on August 11, 2016, the Defendant ordered an entertainment entertainment entertainment service provider in spite of no intent or ability to pay the price in the “Nnoman shop” in the “Nnoman shop” of the victim M (58 years old and inn) operated by Jung-gu Busan (hereinafter “2016 High and 5083”), and requested an entertainment entertainment service provider’s service. The Defendant also provided two diseases and entertainment entertainment service from the said victim.
