1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Defendants:

1. On February 20, 2015, at around 07:55, the Defendants: (a) performed as if the Defendants had no intent or ability to pay the price even if they were to receive alcoholic beverages or entertainment reception services; and (b) demanded the victim to provide the service of entertainment receptionist service by ordering the alcohol and receptionist to the victim and providing the service of entertainment receptionist.
