Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) in Busan District Court’s branch branch court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 30, 2014.

Although the validity of the driver's license has been suspended for a period from September 28, 2011 to January 5, 2012, the Defendant driven a B-owned car from a place in the U.S. on December 24, 2011 to P-NNz in Busan High-dong, Daegu High-dong, Busan High-do.
