Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from December 27, 2008 to February 4, 2009, was subject to the suspension of the driver’s license for 40 days, and around January 30, 2009, the Defendant driven a B Saturdays corporation taxi from around 5 kilometers in approximately 5 kilometers in the section near the Seododong Stack-dong, Busan to the road near the Busan Jindong-dong.
