1. The remaining amount of each real estate listed in the separate sheet after deducting the expenses for auction from the proceeds of auction;

According to the purport of the evidence No. 1-1-5 and the whole pleadings as to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1-5, as to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2/9 shares, the fact that each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1-1-5 shares was shared by the Plaintiff, Defendant C, and D, and Defendant B, and the fact that the division agreement on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3-9 shares

In light of the size and location of each real estate listed in the separate sheet as to the method of division, it is reasonable to place each real estate listed in the separate sheet for auction and divide the auction proceeds according to the above ratio of shares, since it is deemed that if each real estate listed in the separate sheet is divided in kind, the value may be significantly reduced due to the division.

Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
