A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who operates D in Daegu Northern-gu C, Inc.

D Co., Ltd. is a subordinate supplier of Samsung Ttech Commission that procured munitions to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. In supplying (market price equivalent to KRW 60 million) 1,680 of the ammunition fixed area, which is the munitions, to Samsung C&C company, the Defendant failed to secure the test results that pass through the standard values for the above parts, and the Defendant attempted to modify the existing test results and submit them.

Around November 15, 2010, the Defendant altered official documents entered the “209,207,207,207” and “4,405” in the column of “4,5” in the test report under the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of Daegu-do, Daegu-do, which was previously issued using the computer “forest board” program in the office D office, respectively.
