【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 04:00 on November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by using the hand bags in advance, which had a 400,000 won of the market price of the victim D’s custody.

2. From around 03:00 to 04:00 on November 1, 2014, the Defendant stolen one out of the air conditioners, the market price of which is 50,000 won, in front of the “G” of the operation of the Victim F in Ansan-si E, Ansan-si.

3. On December 1, 2014, between 03:30 and 04:00, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as Paragraph 2; (b) at the victim F’s market price, the Defendant stolen one out-of-the-counter aircraft equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, the market price of which was kept by the victim F; and (c) at the same method as Paragraph 1.

4. On December 13, 2014, around 03:30 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant stolen one air-conditioner equivalent to KRW 400,000,00 in the market price of the victim’s custody, with the method prescribed in paragraph (1).

5. On December 13, 2014, around 04:30 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant is in front of the “M of the victim L operation in Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si,” the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 600,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s custody.
