A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon a structure and theft;

A. A. Around 14:30 on July 2016, the Defendant entering a building, which was operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was entering the “E” Dong center operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and went into the rooftop of the building of the said center through the door of the parking lot shutter, which was not locked as an idea to steal the goods located therein.

B. The Defendant: (a) placed the victim D’s market value at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) above; (b) placed 80,000 km pipe 20 kg in a marina; and (c) stolen it.

2. At night, around 04:50 on September 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the parking lot at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1’s (A); (b) obstructed the victim’s parking lot, and (c) stolen the victim’s property worth approximately KRW 3,380,000,000 in total of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, from September 24, 201 to October 11 of the same year, with one air-conditioner out of approximately KRW 550,00,000 in the market price at the place; and (d) stolen the victim’s property at least six times in total, including No. 2 to 7 of the annexed List of Crimes.

At around 13.04:05 on October 13, 2016, the Defendant stolen, from around 13 to 14th of the same month, two out of the air conditioners, the sum of the market price of the victim’s possession, as indicated in the annexed Table No. 8 through 9, at the middle air conditioners store operated by the victim G in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim’s market price on the street displayed before the store was 700,000 won.
