A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 15, 2018, at around 03:35, the Defendant: (a) ordered food at a restaurant located in Busan Dong-gu B; and (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant: (c) ordered the victim of female employees in the restaurant to “draw so that they can walk at a cafeteria; (d)” and (e) interfered with the Defendant’s work, “I am for the same year, am for the last two years, am for the same year; and (e) died.

The Defendant, at around 03:50 on February 15, 2018, had 112 reported that the disturbance was avoided as described in paragraph 1 at the restaurant as described in paragraph 1, and had 112 confirmed the circumstances from the victim F, a police official belonging to the E District police unit, who was called out, and had 10 passengers, the Defendant may put the victim into the same bit of bitch bitch bitch, son, and son.

The victim publicly insultingd the victim by referring to a large voice "Irrith Ra".

The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act under the suspended sentence is to suspend the execution of imprisonment in consideration of the fact that the defendant committed the instant crime resulting from mental disorders. In addition, the sentence is imposed, such as the defendant’s age, sex, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, and circumstances after the crime.
