Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a bus operator who belongs to the Bank of Korea, and is the promotion of Article B of the C Routes, and the victim D is a bus operator belonging to the same company, who is the cause of Article B.

피고인은 2018. 5. 10. 16:10 경 부천시 오정구 E에 있는 ‘F’ 식당에서 B 조 회식을 하던 중 피해 자로부터 함께 근무하는 버스 운전기사의 배차 간격과 관련한 질문을 받자 다른 조원들 및 식당 직원들이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 화를 내며 “ 이 새끼야, 내가 다 알고 있는데 무슨 지랄이야, 나이도 어린 놈이 어디서 건방을 떨고 있어, 니 호적 나이 내가 다 알고 있어 새끼야, 이 개새끼야, 아 씨 발 놈이, 와 어디서 씹새끼가 좆 만한 게 ”라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고, 이에 피해 자가 동료 직원 G 등 5명과 함께 식당 밖으로 나가자 피해자를 따라 나가 “ 니가 뭔 데 건방 지게 뭘 적고 그래 씨 발 놈, 십 새끼, 개새끼야 ”라고 욕설을 하였으며, 계속하여 식당 안에서 다시 피해자에게 “ 야, 이 새끼야, 여 길 뭐하러 오냐, 너 임 마, H 아니였으면 국물도 없었어 새끼야, 나이도 어린놈의 새끼가 어디서 건방을 떨고 있어 십 새끼야 ”라고 큰 소리로 욕설하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
