Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant was able to avoid a disturbance, such as: (a) in the “D” restaurant for the victim C’s operation located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) in the instant case, the Defendant was able to avoid a disturbance by: (c) the Defendant expressed the victim with a large voice, “Ise, fright, fright, fright, hump, and hump”; (d) taking a bath to the customers who drink in the next table.

As a result, the Defendant had expressed a great voice for about one hour and interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance.
