1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 27, 1978 with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1] paragraphs (1) through (16), the transfer registration for ownership was completed on March 16, 1978 with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1] paragraphs (1) through (38) of the same list (hereinafter “each land of this case,” and when specific needs arise, the transfer registration for ownership was completed on March 16, 1978.
B.1) Since September 8, 1981 with respect to the land of this case 1 through 16, the registration of transfer was completed on the ground of "the inheritance by an agreement made on August 8, 1981," and on the ground of "the termination of title trust made on March 5, 1992" on August 4, 199, G, H, I, J, and K respectively, 6/48 shares, L, L, M, 3/48 shares, N,O,O, P, and 2/48 shares in the future (F shares are 1/8 shares).
(2) In addition, on April 28, 1998, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground of “the cancellation of title trust as of August 31, 1992,” among the lands of this case 17 through 38, on the ground that “the cancellation of title trust as of August 31, 1992,” and on August 4, 1999, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground that “the termination of title trust as of March 5, 1992,” G, H, I, J, and K respectively, 6/48 shares, L, 3/48 shares, N, N,O, P, and 2/48 shares in the future.
3. On June 26, 200, with respect to F’s 1/8 portion of each of the instant lands except the instant land, the share of each of the instant lands was transferred through the transfer inheritance, such as the transfer registration on the ground of “the donation dated June 19, 200” was completed on June 26, 200, and as seen thereafter, the share of each of the instant lands was transferred through the transfer inheritance. As seen thereafter, the share of each of the instant lands and the share of each of the instant lands around June 23, 2017, when the compensation plan for each of the instant lands was announced, are as shown in attached Table 2.
C. On June 23, 2017, the Daejeon Metropolitan City Mayor announced a compensation plan for 59 parcels, including each of the instant parcels of land, to operate R development projects in the Jung-gu Qdong, Daejeon, Daejeon, and for public works as to each of the instant parcels of land.
