1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The ownership change of the instant real estate is a relation to the ownership change of the instant real estate ) D large 369 square meters in Kimhae-si (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

(B) On August 1, 2013, the ownership transfer registration was completed on the ground of the donation on the same day in Defendant C’s future on August 1, 2013 with respect to 1,322 shares (I shares) out of the instant real estate. (B) Ownership relation of neighboring real estate was adjacent to the instant real estate by Kim Sea-si.
