A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Mept Aptopy (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On March 30, 2016, the Defendant, around 04:00 on March 30, 2016, administered phiphones in a manner that 0.16gopon clopon clopon c, Angeles C (C, Ageles C, and Whiteppines), at the residence of “D,” a person of the Philippines in the Republic of Korea, put about about 0.16gopon copon clopon cris, and administered the copon copon copher in a manner that spopon cirs cophers by promptly using the d “D” and inhales them by taking the copon copon copher.

2. On March 30, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around 04:00, around March 30, 2016, approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the residence of the said “D” and put the smoke into a pipe in glass pipes with a fire, and inhales it by entering the pipe.

3. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on March 30, 2016, the Defendant: (b) sent D the 1,700 amper ( approximately KRW 42,600 in Chinese currency) in the place of residence of D; (c) demanded the Defendant to conceal phiphones and marijuana in the clothes he/she enters; and (d) “D” began with the Defendant’s rophones 0.3 gram on the inside of his/her rophones; (d) 0.5 gram on the inside of his/her rophones; (e) 0.3 gram in the front rophone lines; and (e) 0.3 gram in the Incheon Airport on March 30, 2016; and (e) 3 gram in the 205 gram in the Incheon Airport on board the 200 gram of the said airport on March 30, 2016.
