Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized knife No. 1 (Evidence No. 1) shall be confiscated from Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:10 on April 25, 2012, the Defendants’ co-principaled the victim D, the victim E, the victim F, the victim G, and the victim H expressed their attitude by hand as follows: (a) Defendant A took a hack pipe (60 cm in length) that is a dangerous object in the victim’s surroundings at the time of her scambling, and did not inflict bodily harm on the victims; (b) Defendant B took a knife (37 cm in length) that is a dangerous object stored in the Defendant’s vehicle, and took a view that the victims would inflict bodily harm on the victims’ body.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly carried dangerous objects and threatened victims respectively.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, driven an IB car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.091% of alcohol content in blood at the place specified in Paragraph 1.
