A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of CK7 vehicle and the victim D (V, age 42) is the driver of the E FF vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “victim”) and the victim F (V, age 15) is the passenger of the damaged vehicle.

On August 23, 2014, at around 11:00 on August 23, 2014, the Defendant was driving on a third-party highway near the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the Defendant committed the following crimes by misunderstanding the damaged vehicle, which was under the influence of the driver’s complaint, by blocking the course of his own vehicle.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation against groups, deadly weapons, etc.);

A. On August 23, 2014, at around 11:13, the Defendant discovered a damaged vehicle in the vicinity of the Yololol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and had the said K7 vehicle driven by himself/herself block the front of the damaged vehicle.

The Defendant collected a knife (15cm in total length, 6.5cm in knife length) which is a dangerous thing from the vehicle, and acted as if the victims were to take the knife the knife to the victims, to take a serious bath, and to have the victims get out of the damaged vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a knife, which is a dangerous thing, and threatened each victims.

B. At around 11:16 on the same day, the Defendant, at the coast or underground map located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, engaged in any harm to the victims by stopping the damaged vehicle by rapidly stopping the damaged vehicle in front of the damaged vehicle using the above K7 vehicle, which is an object dangerous by driving away the damaged vehicle, in a dangerous manner.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims by using the above K7 vehicles, which are dangerous articles.

C. At around 11:19 on the same day, the Defendant is at the front of the damaged vehicle with the above K7 vehicles, which are dangerous objects of driving away the damaged vehicle, frightened and frighted in the vicinity of the amamb in the south-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
