A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Gwangju District Court on August 2, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 2, 2018. On January 10, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and ten months of imprisonment at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 18, 2019.

However, the defendant did not possess the above game money, so even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the above game money.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 2,852,50 from the victim to the E account in the name of D used by the Defendant for the sale proceeds of game money, and received KRW 4,441,500 in total over 12 times from around that time to November 16, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 12.

[2019 Highest 200] The Defendant, while living together in F and Gwangju Mine GGD H, posted a publicity letter to the effect that the Defendant would individually guide the owner of free cocoin in the Internet, and F, upon reporting and communicating such promotional writing, recruited bitcoin stored in the victim’s account to transfer it to another account.

According to the above public offering, on December 16, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice on the I’s I’s website “to inform the victim K of the method of using a free cocoin mining machine that can extract bitcoin.” On the first-come first-come-served basis, F would provide personal guidance to 20 persons, and on December 17, 2017, F would be “L” to the victim K who reported it and contacted with Mesen.
