Punishment of the crime
around October 23, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would transfer the said game money if he deposits money to the Defendant’s account to the victim D who reported and contacted with the intent to sell the said game money at an influence room located in the U.S. children of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. On October 23, 2017, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that he would transfer the said game money if he deposits money to the Defendant’s account.
However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.
At around 02:28 on the same day from the victim, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 248,000 won from the E bank account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant and acquired it by deceiving the victim.
In addition, from January 7, 2018 to January 13:22, 2018, the Defendant deceivings 21 total victims by the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and acquired them by deceiving 5,435,000 won in total from victims.
On May 19, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Godan2806,” saying, on the Internet site “G”, the Defendant visited the victim H, who posted a notice to the “G” on May 19, 2018, to sell the CX account. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the account.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained 510,00 won from the victim to the I Bank Account (J) in his/her own name on the same day.

On May 9, 2018, the Defendant connected the Internet game’s “CX” website to “K that trades the game money, etc.,” and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would sell the account to the victim by reporting the phrase “the purchase cost of the game account” posted by the victim L.
