Punishment of the crime

Around February 8, 2020, the Defendant posted a false statement on the “C” website that “The sales of game accounts and game money will be 8.5 billion won.” Around February 8, 2020, the Defendant sent a false statement on the “C” website to the victim D who visited the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to transfer the game account and the game money to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 450,000 won from the victim to the E account (F) in the name of the victim on the same day, and by deceiving the victims from April 16, 2020, such as the statement in the annexed crime list, and then transferred 10,276,80 won in total over 22 times from the victims to the victim as the price.

On April 23, 2020, the Defendant posted a false statement on “The sale of game money 200 million won” by accessing a mobile phone at an insular place, and then sent money to the victim I who reported and contacted the above writing first.
